OUR MISSION

OUR BELIEFS
- The Bible is composed of the 66 Old and New Testament books that are the divinely inspired Word of God, inerrant in the originals and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. II Timothy 3:16, 17
- There is one God, eternally existent in the Holy Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- The Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, was manifested in the flesh through a virgin birth, died on a Roman cross and rose again for the redemption of the human family, all of whom may be saved from sin through faith in Him.
- Humanity, although created by God in His own image and likeness fell into sin through disobedience and “so death passed upon all people, for that all have sinned.” Romans 5:12
- God has made salvation possible for all who believe. This salvation includes a new birth, sanctification and glorification. 1 John 1:7-9
- The Holy Spirit is given to the church to empower believers to walk in victory, holiness, and witness.
- The church is the body of Christ by which all who are united by faith to Christ are members. Having thus become members one of another, it is our right and responsibility to fellowship with one another in peace and to love and support one another with pure and fervent hearts.
- The three purposes of the church are to worship God, build up those within the fellowship, and reach out in love to people who do not yet know Jesus Christ as their Savior and Lord.
- Jesus Christ in His resurrection from the dead is the living guarantee of the resurrection of all human beings; the believing resurrected to conscious eternal joy in heaven and the unbelieving resurrected to conscious eternal punishment in hell.
- The Lord Jesus Christ, in fulfillment of His own promise, attested by both angels and apostles, will personally return in power and great glory.
